Small & medium artworks: EMS Mail registered with tracking number
Large artworks: Please enquire with the artist. Severijns will coordinate between the client and the professional art shipping company. The client will get a separate invoice from the shipping company. The price depends on destination, volume weight, insurance, packaging (crate), and taxes.
Shipping is cost-based, including the option of a bespoke crate if necessary. Shipping time varies between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Technique
Severijns’ contemporary art is known for her original and distinguished paper practice, in which she aesthetically arranges hundreds of hand-torn pieces of paper into sculptural tapestries, murals, reliefs, and three-dimensional objects.
Materials
Severijns' primary medium for expressing her artistic visions is paper. The paper is cotton-based and made by the renowned Italian company Fabriano. All her paints are acrylic from the Dutch brand Amsterdam Talens, and her glues are Japanese Konjac or wood glue.
Artwork Protection
To protect the paper artwork from dust and humidity, it is advisable to frame it in a Perspex, Plexiglass, or wooden box frame with glass, although many of her collectors love to leave the art pieces unframed. If so, she can deliver a free handmade brush to dust the artwork carefully once so often. Most of the small artworks are delivered in a Perspex box.

Severijns will guide and assist you in bringing a one-of-a-kind art piece into your home or space, adding a timeless addition to your collection.
Commissioned artworks are challenging and exciting to execute. Severijns’ creative process for commissions is deeply personal. She believes in close collaboration and open communication with her clients to maximize creativity. She likes to immerse herself in the style, culture, and surroundings to explore and capture their desires, possibilities, and expectations. Through open communication, precise briefing, and, if possible, a personal or Zoom meeting, she emerges to make a highly individual art piece fitting her creative style.
Hanging System
All works, either framed or otherwise, will be delivered with a hanging system.
Certificate of Authenticity
All Severijns’ artworks will be delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity.
